Whether the user is looking for a new place to explore, report a service request in their community, or stay up to date on the latest news and events, the City App offers it all.

Attractions

Each and every city has a story to tell. The image slider is a great visual experience to help users find the beautiful places to explore in the city.

The city is able to directly showcase any attraction using our easy to use data entry dashboard. The city can add, remove, and update their city’s attractions however they would like.

To further enhance the user experience, the users have access to an interactive map, a street view, and description of the attraction without ever leaving the app.

Service Request

The Service Request feature is designed to embrace technology. It helps simplify and track requests made by the residents to the municipality.

The user has to specify the type of service request, the location, provide a description, and their contact details while also given the option to provide a picture. The gathered information is compiled real-time into a PDF document and sent directly to the appropriate city departments.

Doing so will free up municipal employee capital for other key roles and endeavors.

Events

Find all the latest events and festivals happening in your city. The app integrates with the native calendar app to effectively keep track of all the different events. In addition to the events, there is a dedicated news section for the top municipal stories and news.

Department Info

Department information is an important screen as the users have access to all the contact information.

Mayor/Council section can be developed to include council meeting minutes and/or host monthly interactive sessions with the citizens’ right from their mobile device.
